I am so glad you are here and I can’t wait to support you with healthy recipes that are easy to make with real food ingredients!

For over 10 years, I have been creating and sharing healthy meals for families on iFOODreal. I grew up in the Ukraine on real food and many recipes are inspired by my heritage. As an adult, I tried many short term diets that were unsustainable long term. After realizing that diets were ruining a healthy perspective and relationship with food, I now hold to this food philosophy – eat real food (less processed!), move daily, and enjoy all good things in life in moderation. 

I am a wife to Alex, mom to two growing boys, and soon to be graduate of Cornell University Healthy Living Program and a Certified Nutrition Coach from national Academy of Sports Medicine. 

I created these healthy meal plans, because I understand life is busy, and I want to help you stick to making healthy dinners at home (and avoid takeout!). All of these meal plans include tried and tested meals that both my family and readers at iFOODreal.com love!
